Representing Children in Personal Injury Cases
Sadly, children are involved in many of our personal injury cases. Children have their own right to recover monetary damages for their injuries, medical bills, pain and suffering, etc. Usually, these claims are brought on their behalf by a parent. If a minor’s compensation is over $25,000.01, we must get the probate court to approve the details of the award. Bob Coleman appeared at the Hall County Probate Court to get one of the minor client’s damages award approved.
